The employees you need—need this
What is Michigan Tri-Share
One of the biggest barriers to workers pursuing or keeping a great job is the cost of childcare. Michigan (MI) Tri-Share aims to address this challenge through a unique collaboration that leverages both state and business support.
The MI Tri-Share Child Care program is an established, innovative employer benefit where the cost of an employee's childcare is shared equally among the employer, the employee, and the State of Michigan—a three-way split—with coordination provided by Vibrant Futures.

Eligibility Requirements
Employee eligibility will be determined based on the employee’s family size and household income. Employees must have a household income between 200%-400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
Employees must not be eligible for the Child Development and Care Program (CDC, commonly referred to as child care scholarship/subsidy). Once an employee is deemed eligible, they are eligible for two years from their benefit start date unless their employer has other parameters around the benefit.
